Quick Dosa Breakfast Recipe

 Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup of Vermicelli
  • 1/2 cup of Semolina
  • 1/2 cup of curd
  • 1/4 cup of water
  • 1/4 tsp of Eno/soda
  • butter
  • pizza sauce
  • salt as per taste

Step by Step Instructions:

  1. In a grinder add Vermicelli
  2. Then add semolina.
  3. Grind it or powder it.
  4. Add 1/2 cup curd in the powder.
  5. Add salt as per taste.
  6. Add 1/4 cup of water in it.
  7. Add 1/4 tsp of Eno/Soda
  8. Mix well.
  9. Heat a Pan/Tawa on low Flame.
  10. Add the Dosa Mixture on the pan. Spread it lightly.
  11.  Add Butter on it.
  12. Spread Pizza sauce on top of it.
  13. Fold it and serve it hot.
